Access the Tyro eCommerce Payment Gateway
Before you perform test transactions, ensure connectivity to the Tyro eCommerce Payment Gateway.
If you have any IP-level restrictions, you may need to whitelist the Tyro eCommerce Payment Gateway IPs.
Contact the Tyro eCommerce Payment Gateway Support team to obtain the required IP list if whitelisting is needed.
To check the connectivity, access the following URL through a web browser:
Batch: https://tyro.gateway.mastercard.com/batch/information
If the gateway processes the requests successfully, the "information" file displays status as OPERATING.
